Our Story

Our journey began with a simple idea: to share flavors that deserve to be known and remembered. Persian cuisine has a long history of balance and refinement: fresh herbs, fruits, and grains layered with care over centuries. But outside of Iran, it’s often reduced to kebabs or mistaken for “spicy.” In truth, it offers some of the most naturally plant-based, nourishing, and beautifully balanced dishes in the world. We wanted to show that side of it. Noush also grew from a personal dream: to create a place where gathering with friends over plant-based food feels joyful and delicious. A space that celebrates food as comfort, connection, and pleasure. Persian cuisine is as diverse as its landscapes. From the mountains to the shores, every region carries its own traditions, ingredients, and flavors. Our menu is inspired by this variety. We want to bring dishes from across the country, some of which even Iranians themselves may never have had the chance to taste. And just as important as the food is the feeling. In Persian culture, hospitality means everything. Opening your door and making guests feel at home. We want Noush to carry that spirit: the warmth of stepping into a friend’s home, where you are welcomed with generosity and care.
